This home is one house from the river. Private heated salt water pool with southern exposure. Very quite neighborhood that's great for walking and biking. The home has a very large pool deck for sunbathing or just watching the boats go by.

Summary: Property location on the water was great. Great pool and games out back. Inside was great and clean. Only issue was at check in, we didn't get the code until 2 hours after our scheduled check in and couldn't get in touch with the property owners. Small glitch but over great place.

Summary: We had an amazing family vacation in Cape Coral. House is beautiful and right on the water. Enjoyed the view, and family atmosphere. We were there during a storm but still made the best of it. Look forward to visiting again.

Summary: Loved the house, it was as described. We spent most hours at the house outside enjoying the pool and tiki hut. Host Michael was great with communication Andre never needed to contact him about anything. Would rent again.

Summary: This house and property were impeccable! The location was excellent-plenty of things to do in Cape Coral. We loved that during down time we could sit under the tiki hut and watch the boats go by! At night, when it got a bit cooler we sat on the lanai by the pool and enjoyed the fire pit and played ping pong. We spent 90% of out time outdoors and this outdoor furniture was all very comfortable. We would rent this house again!
